Deployment Phases Explained

Month 1
Early Phase
  • - Each competency is assessed per team through a series of questionnaires, interviews and online sessions
  • - Each competency is given an
    initial rating on the scale from ‘A’
    to ‘F’
Months 2-3
Execution Phase
  • - Each team is given training material, and coaching on the framework
  • - Each team creates a Software Improvement Plan based on the template to serve as a guide for the transformation
Months 3-6
Handoff Phase
  • - Each team works with our coaches weekly to plan their improvements per competency
  • - Each plan is being reviewed and discussed with the teams to provide insights and coaching
Months 7-24
Monitoring Phase
  • - Each team gets a weekly coaching session
  • - Each team’s plan is reviewed on weekly basis
  • - Cross team opportunities for improvement are shared weekly
